Returns & Refunds
Dear customer our product should be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.The products must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging with labels and tags left.For returns, no fees are refunded for faster delivery or invoice fee. Once you have received a return confirmation to your email, the process for your refund will begin.
You have chosen Klarna as the payment method. Now you want to return one or more products from your order.
How do I create a return when I have paid with Klarna?
Expect it to take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) within your package when our department store. We will send a confirmation when we receive your return.
Klarna will send your invoice as soon as your order has been sent. Make sure you note the payment period on your invoice. Klarna’s invoices must be paid 14 days after you receive them
Please note that Klarna will send you reminders if you do not inform them. You can pause your invoice on Klarna’s portal or in the app. Alternatively, you can contact Klarna’s customer service. If you have any questions, please contact Klarna’s customer service.
Flashy’s customer service cannot extend the payment period.
If you have received a reminder even if you have already returned the goods in your order:
If the payment period has expired, Klarna will automatically send a reminder. Please contact Flashy’s customer service if this is the case.
If you are waiting for your refund
Klarna will automatically refund you for the goods you send back if you have already paid for them. Please wait for an updated invoice to confirm that your return has been completed. Once you have received your confirmation, it will take approximately 2 banking days before the payment arrives in your account.
